The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a proactive Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Manager to join Teva. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing digital strategies that are aimed at creating automated, targeted, and cohesive multi-channel customer experiences for all Teva products.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and align the Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) plan with brand objectives.
  • Consent Capture: Spearhead initiatives to gather consents and establish a database of Healthcare Professional (HCP) emails and consents.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to craft meaningful customer journeys that bring value to HCPs, showcasing Teva's expertise.
  • Promotional Activities: Partner with agencies to create and execute top-notch promotional touchpoints across various channels.
  • Website Management: Oversee the optimization and management of Teva's online platforms.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and dashboards for monitoring performance and implementing Close Loop Marketing (CLM).
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to involve all teams in the digital strategy.
  • Budget Management: Define and supervise the annual digital budget, integrating all efforts into a cohesive customer engagement strategy.
  • Digital P&L: Expand and evaluate Teva's online business presence, managing it as a 'digital profit and loss' component.
  • Ecommerce Optimization: Enhance the online shopping experience through e-commerce improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and advanced analytics for pricing decisions and enhancing customer experience.
  • User Experience: Leverage expertise in user experience to influence customer engagement and buying behavior.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to contribute to annual plans and update leadership on progress.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage influencers to support Teva's initiatives.
  • Joint Initiatives: Ensure joint initiatives meet the needs of decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing events and marketing materials.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in digital marketing roles.
  • Knowledge: Profound understanding of digital tools and multi-channel marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Veeva and Marketing Cloud.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in pharma or medical marketing/sales is advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Presentation: Strong presentation abilities.
  • Collaboration: Effective collaboration skills across various interfaces.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Operational Efficiency: Proven track record of driving results and managing processes efficiently.
