Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding employees across various departments, particularly in retail operations, support functions, and management roles. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers and ensure we hire the right people, at the right time. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions. Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and community networks. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules. Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Build and maintain a talent pool for key operational and specialist roles. Support employer branding initiatives as an attractive employer. Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and community job drives. Onboarding & Integration Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and induction materials. Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires. Work with operations managers to track probation progress and provide support. HR Support Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment legislation. Support other HR functions as required (payroll, training, employee engagement). #J-18808-Ljbffr
