Frazer Jones is partnering with a globally recognized Engineering organization with extensive presence in Asia Pacific. They are recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR business partnering team. This is a newly created role.
Responsibilities- Reporting to the Regional HR Director, advise the leadership team to develop and implement an effective people strategy to support business objectives and/or build internal talent capabilities.
- Conceptualize, improve and roll out Talent Management, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Act as an advocate for employee engagement and work closely with union partners to identify gaps/issues and strengthen collaboration.
- Seasoned HR professional with at least 10–12 years of experience, with a strong track record in strategic business partnering.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
- Open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds to bring fresh perspectives and best practices.
- Strategic HR professional who can articulate how they navigate business challenges, influence stakeholders, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
