Job Scope: Serve as the first point of contact, managing all incoming phone calls, correspondence, and packages. Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all centre documents, records, and databases. Handle centre procurement, vendor management, and relationships to ensure cost-effective services. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and insurance, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. Support basic bookkeeping procedures and maintain accurate records of financial and personnel data. Manage the collection and distribution of client provisions and vouchers. Assist with HR administrative tasks and coordinate employee engagement and team-bonding activities. Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, workshops, and outreach activities, including vendor liaison and F&B arrangements. Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned. Ensure strict adherence to all organisational policies, centre hygiene protocols, and compliance standards.
