About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Wedding Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and relationship management for our wedding styling business. This role blends the art of sales with a strong foundation in marketing, ensuring that our brand continues to attract, inspire, and convert couples into lifelong advocates. You will oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation and consultation to closing — while also shaping campaigns that strengthen our market presence.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end sales for wedding styling and décor packages, from initial inquiry to contract closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-person consultations, building trust and understanding client needs.
  • Create customized proposals that highlight our unique value and align with couples’ budgets.
  • Manage pipelines, track leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and referrals.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies to generate new leads through social media, advertising, styled shoots, and partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with partner vendors (photographers, bridal boutiques, cake designers, venues, etc.) to drive cross-referrals.
  • Curate and update sales/marketing collateral to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine pricing strategies and packages.

Team & Project Collaboration

  • Work closely with the styling team to align proposals with creative feasibility.
  • Mentor junior sales/marketing associates to uphold service excellence and brand voice.
  • Represent the brand at wedding fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of sales experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand positioning in the wedding/events industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized, persuasive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and design/marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
