Job Description

The Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Receivables Product Manager is a role under APAC Payments. You are responsible for ensuring global strategic initiatives from Payments are seamlessly executed in the region and also ensuring that local priorities, demand, and market dynamics are incorporated into the global plan. Key initiatives include Integrated Receivables Solution, Receivables Online, development of the Alternative Methods of Collection Payments aggregator model, Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment, and partnerships with fintechs.

As an APAC Regional Receivables Product Manager, you will ensure the execution of regional, local, and global strategic initiatives from Payments, aligning regional priorities with the global plan.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global levels from end-to-end.
  • Drive commercialization, client acquisition, and partner with Sales & Product Sales Solutions to understand and fulfill client requirements.
  • Define end-to-end business flows related to Treasury Services Receivables, working with functional partners to align operational, service delivery, and systems architecture.
  • Analyze detailed business requirements for Treasury Services Payment Services, consolidating requirements and creating detailed statements of requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience as a product manager or in analyzing and documenting Business Requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams, with strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to motivate and execute tactically. Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Receivables and Payment product management.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
