OSL is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and utilization of both global payment platform and compliance platform of OSL Pay, focusing on enhancing the current payment platform and building up an end-2-end compliance framework and integrating with various compliance technologies . This role requires a blend of global payment knowledge, fiat channel knowledge , compliance knowledge , technical expertise, Crypto industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product roadmap to deliver seamless onramp, offramp and settlement capabilities for our global payment platform.
  • Ideate and design payment and settlement solutions to meet business needs.
  • Integrate with bank partners and payment service providers to enhance our global payments platform
  • Develop a product roadmap for compliance platform of OSL Pay including KYC, KYB, KYT, AML, Anti-fraud, Transaction Monitoring, and lead the development from scratch.
  • Assist compliance team and legal team on compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, while balancing customer experience and business growth.
  • Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitor crypto industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks.
  • Monitor and track compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build internal tools and workflow automations to enhance our operation efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience of designing and building global payment platforms such as fiat to crypto onramp,offramp, and compliance platforms including KYC, KYB, KYT, AML, Anti-fraud, Transaction Monitoring.
  • Good understanding of crypto eco system, the risk and compliance in the industry and various types of payment related licenses from global authorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin); ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing
  • Demonstrating logical reasoning and critical thinking to analyze and evaluate complex problems and situations
  • High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions
  • Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment
