Job Description

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to join our AI Product group, working closely with the Senior Product Manager on strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution.

This role will support product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, and contribute to continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Product Planning and Roadmap Execution : Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to refine and execute the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with market needs and business objectives.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization : Assist in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• User Research and Feedback Analysis : Work with the Senior Product Manager to gather and analyze user feedback and market research, ensuring insights inform product decisions and enhancements.
• User Experience : Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct customer research, and work with design to deliver exceptional user experiences. Continuously improve product features and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of features.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably as part of a collaborative product team.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience of experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in building product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that meet market needs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).
• Innovative, motivated, quick learner, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, quickly adjusting to shifting priorities and requirements.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate user needs into impactful product features.
• Demonstrates a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager and within cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior product leadership and cross-functional teams.
