The Opportunity Exciting opportunity to work with one of the reputable MNC within the global technology and services company industry. 5 days work week (Office Hour) Location: Central Up to $4000 (Depending on experience) Duties Accounts Payable Perform 3-way matching of vendor invoices, debit/credit notes against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders; investigate discrepancies. Post vendor invoices into the accounting system. Verify external service engineer OT claims before submission to recruitment agencies. Generate AP aging reports and reconcile AP with GL subledger. Maintain vendor account records and perform Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations. Conduct bi-monthly intercompany reconciliations (AR & AP) using Excel uploads. Review and post employee expense claims in line with company policy. Prepare monthly payment runs (GIRO, TT, netting, cheque) and coordinate bank approvals. Review and update AP policies in accordance with group directives. Validate vendor account creation (4-eye principle) and create customer accounts. Execute internal controls per company policies. General Ledger Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries. Post fixed asset depreciation and direct debit deductions. Perform bank reconciliations and PO clearing. Maintain Fixed Assets Register and conduct physical asset sighting with HOD confirmations. Prepare and update monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation Schedules. Follow up on long‑outstanding transactions. Submit monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports. Prepare department expense reports for HODs. Support quarterly GST filing (AP side). Handle ad-hoc stock adjustments and update FX rates. Assist in quarterly/year-end group reporting package preparation. Project Job Costing Create, reopen, and close jobs monthly. Generate and post engineers' timesheets. Update maintenance jobs in service timesheet templates. Generate job costing reports and monthly maintenance reports. Requirements Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Detail‑oriented, independent, and proactive. Able to manage stress and meet tight deadlines. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
