Overview

What the role is:

You will be part of a team that is instrumental in driving the successful adoption of ready-made digital solutions like MINDEF M365 platform capabilities in areas of Power Platform and Copilot capabilities, Whole-of-Government digital products, and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a high-velocity, innovation-centric environment to implement strategies to drive product/ready-made solution adoption
  • Ensure the smooth operations of MINDEF M365 suite of products and Whole of Government (WOG) IT products
  • Work with technological partners and business domains to redesign business processes to adopt best-in-class solutions and unlock defence ecosystem impediments to enable faster digitalisation
  • Provide efficient and responsive support to the smooth running of the MINDEF M365 operations, including development of digital materials and maintenance of SharePoint website, etc.
  • Challenge(s) – Ensuring seamless business interoperability in a fragmented and federated IT ecosystem with multiple stakeholders and silo data sources
  • Proactively shaping the organisation’s mindset shift towards adopting best practice processes of ready-made products with policy reviews and process reengineering by businesses
  • Maintaining a high cadence to iterate proposals to meet changing priorities and needs
Qualifications
  • Education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Business Administration, Project Management and/or related qualifications
  • Competencies in agile methodologies, business needs analysis, product management and product implementation
  • Systems thinking and deep critical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a team
