We have partnered with a global leader in ICT infrastructure and smart devices, dedicated to driving digital transformation across Financial Services, Government, and other key industries. We are looking for experienced professionals to join the team as an Enterprise Service Manager with the focus on driving customer satisfaction, managing service delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of projects

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer networks and services to design tailored solutions, leveraging expertise in project delivery and customer success management
  • Lead project teams to create and execute complex service solutions, ensuring strategy alignment, risk mitigation, and project fulfilment
  • Drive project delivery and contract fulfilment, addressing challenges in planning, construction, maintenance, optimization, and operations
  • Manage delivery across industries, executing mid-complexity projects and overseeing multinational service operations
  • Develop and execute key account service strategies, aligning with local business needs and building strong service ecosystems
  • Foster alignment with customer strategies, build high-performance teams, and integrate quality-driven service providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 8 years in IT service delivery, with experience in leading storage teams being advantageous
  • Background in post-sales support for Financial Services and Government sectors will be preferable
  • Strong communication and influence skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
  • High initiative, adaptability, and learning agility
  • Flexible to evolving project scopes and business needs
