Role Overview

We’re hiring a technical project manager to deliver critical infrastructure and transformation projects. You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives from end to end, working directly with business units, vendors, and technology partners.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end project management for ICT and telecom infrastructure programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and business goals.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues with clear mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project governance, documentation, and status reporting to PMO and leadership.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and transparent communication across functions.
  • Align with policies on compliance, change control, and procurement processes.
  • Recommend process improvements for project execution and delivery.
Required Skills
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecom, enterprise infrastructure, or large-scale IT transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs involving internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with telco environments, including infrastructure delivery or systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, PMO standards, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in delivering projects in telecom, media, or tech-driven enterprises.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CITPM, or Agile/Scrum (Scrum Master or SAFe).
  • Familiarity with project tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Monday.com.
  • Experience managing regional or multi-site deployments within Southeast Asia.
