About the role
We are seeking a talented Project Executive (M.I.C.E) to join our dynamic team at I-Promo Pte Ltd . In this full-time position based in the East Region. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E) experiences for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of M.I.C.E events, from initial planning to successful delivery
- Support the account service teams in collating content and financials for proposal & pitching
- Coordinate and manage pre-event preparations and operations for providing direct support to clients
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events
- Generate detailed event reports and post-event analysis
- Provide support on registration, speaker management, website and manpower planning
- Seek opportunities to improve event processes and deliver exceptional experiences
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in event management or project coordination, preferably in the M.I.C.E industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
- A passion for creating memorable event experiences
