Leading player in the Food & Beverage industry seeks a proactive, commercially savvy, and data‑driven Trade Marketing Manager to support and execute trade strategies across key retail, modern trade, and e‑commerce channels. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of trade marketing experience, especially within the FMCG or F&B sectors. E‑commerce expertise is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives across Off‑Trade (retail), On‑Trade (F&B outlets), and E‑commerce platforms. POS Materials & Sampling: Coordinate POS materials, sampling initiatives, and in‑store display setup with supermarkets and retail partners. In‑Store & Off‑Shelf Activations: Plan and manage in‑store activations, product displays, tastings, and promotional events. Partner with Key Account Managers to secure in‑store visibility, sampling slots, and off‑shelf displays. Digital & Marketplace Campaigns: Coordinate online and offline campaigns, including digital ads and marketplace promotions, ensuring consistency across all platforms. E‑commerce Trade Marketing: Manage e‑commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, and Qoo10 to optimize brand presence and sales. Collaborate with e‑commerce and digital sales teams to drive online visibility, promotions, and conversion. Monitor e‑commerce content compliance, ratings/reviews, and product availability. Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis: Track campaign effectiveness, shopper behavior, and sales lift post‑promotions to inform future planning. Support the evaluation of trade spends vs. ROI and make data‑backed recommendations for optimization. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities in the channel. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing, preferably in the FMCG / Food & Beverage sector. Experience with e‑commerce trade marketing (promotions, product listings, digital shelf strategy) is a plus. Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Analytical ability to interpret sales data and campaign effectiveness. Hands‑on experience with retail activations and budget tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with trade marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus. Nice to Have Passion for food, beverages, and consumer behavior. Knowledge of retail operations in Singapore or regional markets.
