Your day at NTT DATA We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in implementing, configuring, and optimising SAP SuccessFactors solutions to help clients transform their HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors projects, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful outcomes in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, and Recruitment). Engage with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide strategic advice on best practices. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support client adoption and knowledge transfer. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed documentation, project plans, and status reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure project alignment and success. Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends to continually improve service delivery. Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, with at least two full project life cycles completed. Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable. Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proven experience in stakeholder management and client‑facing roles. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in mentoring or leading teams is an advantage. Preferred Attributes Demonstrated leadership in complex SAP SuccessFactors projects. Experience working in multicultural and/or global environments. Familiarity with local HR regulations and best practices relevant to the region. Agile project management experience is a plus.
