Overview

We have a full-time opportunity for an accounting executive to join our growing Finance team. As an accounts officer, you will work in a small team covering all sides of accounting and treasury, with potential to develop into a more senior role as you grow in confidence.

The Position

Core responsibility is to ensure the smoothness of daily closing tasks.

  • Multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting
  • Preparing payments and liaising with bank relationship managers when required
  • Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully understood and reconciled and issue the daily financial closing report

Based on learning curve, other responsibilities will follow.

  • AP and AR bookings and review (Xero)
  • Attending to customer enquiries related to payments
  • Contribution to GST submission
  • Other accounting and reporting duties as assigned by managers

Location

The job location is BullionStar's bullion shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road, Singapore. This location is between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with Clarke Quay MRT nearby, facilitating commuting.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on capability, experience and skills. Typical starting salary is SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,500 per month, plus up to 3 months' bonus. An Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month’s salary is provided. Medical bill reimbursement and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program are included.
