Senior Specialist, Corporate Controlling Asia Pacific

Goal of Position The incumbent is responsible to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency through timely reporting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Your Key Responsibilities Perform financial analysis and reporting on actual performance, including sales, material costs, overheads, and variance analysis. Prepare and deliver regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) on company performance, sales, plant operations, and working capital. Support monthly financial closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including participation in strategic and planning dialogues. Conduct working capital and inventory analysis, and drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and operations teams. Lead sales controlling and analysis across divisions, sectors, and customer segments. Contribute to cost-saving, process improvement, and automation projects, including support for ad hoc management requests. Participate in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, including the S/4HANA project. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA). Experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred. Strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and Capex evaluation. Skilled in interpreting financial ratios and performance metrics.
