Overview HR Manager @ Motul Asia Pacific | Strategic Business Partner, HR Operations Expert Job Summary The Corporate Finance Accountant will be responsible for the management consolidation that will include liaising with subsidiaries and providing key stakeholders with the full set of monthly consolidated package together with insight and analyses. In addition, this role will also support the statutory requirements, business analysis and pricing updates across the region. The newly created position will enable the controlling department to further support the growth of the company. Responsibilities Consolidation & Reporting Be responsible for working with the local finance teams to prepare the consolidated FS workings (Monthly / Budget / Forecast / 5YP) Be responsible for preparation of the consolidated business reports (Weekly / Monthly / Budget) Be responsible for consolidating the information from local finance teams and preparing adequate ratios & analysis slides Be responsible for preparation of the BOD / BOM presentation Support the preparation of any ad-hoc new financial and business reports Assist various stakeholders in the preparation of management meeting materials Statutory Requirements (External Audit & Transfer Pricing) Be responsible for preparation of entity and group reporting packs to complete the audit in a timely manner Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentations across the region by consolidating the required information from local finance teams Ensure completeness of the Corporate Secretarial documentation and contracts of the Finance team Be responsible for working together with Sales to propose and update selling prices for GEMS region in the SAP system Be responsible for updating selling prices and transfer prices in the SAP system Working together with the relevant stakeholders, support the preparation of the price chain analysis with the latest costs Projects Support Support the implementation and enhancement to Group Reporting and SAC / Power BI dashboards that will be developed after go-live of SAP S/4 HANA project Provide proactive support to the team and other departments in any other ad hoc projects Qualifications and Experience Required At least 3 years of experience in similar or Auditing role Possess Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly initiative and a strong team player Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude Microsoft Office skills is a must Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and preferably a second language Business Intelligence Tools and SAP consolidation knowledge will be an added advantage Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Chemical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
