If you are an Engineering professional, Emerson has a great job opportunity for you We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for providing service functions to ensure total customer satisfaction. You will work with the Senior Operations Manager and provide technical and troubleshooting support to in-house and on-site related service jobs or issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and manage day-to-day service and repair works.
• Perform diagnostics and functional testing on regulators and regulating systems.
• Perform site commissioning of regulators and skid systems within AP region.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of regulators and skid systems.
• Familiar with all regulator parts and numbering system and manage conversions jobs with service technicians.
• Generate and document reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met.
• Site evaluation on all service-related issues and support on technical problem solving.
• Conduct training related to service.
• Perform basic regulator repair, assembly, and testing.
• Manage and finish service jobs, including valuable jobs.
• Support Sales/LCS in site audits, site troubleshooting and recommendations of solutions to customers.
• Perform value-added projects such as assembly of new regulators, functional testing, and special boltings and painting where applicable.

What You Bring For This Role, You Will Need

• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience.
• ITC technician certificate or equivalent with 3 to 5 years’ service background.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with a "Can Do" customer service attitude.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the ability to use a PC, software.
• A great teammate with strong problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a service operation is a plus.
