Leading overall operationsGetting the clients’ thumbs upAs the Facilities manager, you’ll be working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ diverse expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the key go-to person for leading your team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements and answer any facilities-related concerns.
