Job Description C-Level Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key customers, business partners, shareholders, and authorities to build a healthy business environment in the region and to facilitate favorable decision-making and ensure successful project outcomes. Project Leadership & Negotiations: Lead key project negotiations and oversee the implementation of major projects. Ensure all project transactions and business activities are executed smoothly and in line with company objectives. Formulate Strategic Business Plan: Develop and implement sales business strategies that align with both short-term and long-term company goals. Participate in the formulation of operator delivery and service business plans as well as identify opportunities to expand the company's market presence and drive business growth. Work closely with strategic partners to explore cost efficiencies, foster collaboration, and improve operational performance. KPI Achievement: Be responsible for the achievement of business goals such as ordering, revenue, payment collection, profit, and market goals for the business in the region. Policy Management and Legal Compliance: Responsible for regional customer group policy management; responsible for the closed-loop management of customer expectations (voices) and customer complaints in the region, promoting the company's resource departments to handle customer expectations and complaints in a timely manner, and improving customer satisfaction. Ensure that internal company policies, legal guidelines, and best practices are clearly communicated across teams and adhered to during all business activities, to ensure compliance. Responsible for data security compliance, network security, user privacy protection, trade compliance operations, etc. of operator business in the region. Commercial and Contract Management: Take responsibility for the commercial and performance management of business contracts for operators in the region, and continue to improve the quality of business contracts and transactions in the region. Process Optimization & Digitalization: Responsible for process optimization and continuous improvement of management systems in the region's operator business areas, establishing effective risk management and continuous operation mechanisms, improving end-to-end business efficiency through digital operations and operations, and strengthening customer stickiness and competitiveness. Public Profile & Branding: Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, enhancing the company's public profile and promoting its value proposition at the current market. Problem Solving & Opportunity Identification: Identify emerging challenges and business opportunities, taking a proactive approach to ensuring the company’s continuous growth and market competitiveness. Team Leadership & Employee Development: Lead, inspire, and develop subordinates to enhance employee engagement, building a high-performing managerial team that aligns with the company’s vision and values. Collaboration with Chinese-speaking offices: Collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team. Job Requirements Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in ICT related majors. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering business results. Pre-Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales activities, with experience in understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Technological Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, standards, and management methodologies within the ICT sector. Provide guidance to senior management on key ICT issues. Knowledge of Huawei Tools & Products: In-depth knowledge of Huawei’s products, tools, and processes is essential. Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of local markets, industry trends, and customer needs to inform business strategy and drive competitive advantage. Self-Initiative & Learning: Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking responsibility for tasks and continuously learning about new products, technologies, and market developments. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to assess business challenges and devise effective solutions. Leadership & Organizational Skills: Minimum 2 year of proven cross-cultural leadership abilities with a strong focus on team development and capability development. Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
