Regional Service Sales Director

About the Company Our client is a global engineering and technology group supplying highly complex industrial machinery, systems and services to customers across multiple heavy industries worldwide. The organisation has a strong regional presence in Asia and is focused on growing its high-value service business across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities Lead the regional Service Sales organisation, defining growth strategy and translating it into clear, executable actions Drive sales of engineering services, maintenance & repair solutions and spare parts for complex machinery, with frequent customer engagement and regional travel Actively develop the market by winning new customers while expanding service penetration within existing accounts Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy, proposal preparation and stakeholder alignment Work closely with internal technical, operations and commercial teams, as well as external partners and agents, to ensure full regional sales coverage Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and suppliers Strengthen customer retention and recurring service revenue while identifying new growth opportunities Ensure all commercial and customer activities are conducted in line with internal sales governance and contract policies Requirements Degree in Engineering with strong technical understanding of industrial machinery and processes Several years of international industrial sales experience, with a clear hunter mindset and proven new market/customer development Strong organisational, presentation and time-management capabilities Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages (e.g. Mandarin) are an advantage High mobility and willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia and North Asia Strong analytical ability, commercial judgment and diplomatic stakeholder management skills Confident, credible presence with customers, partners and senior stakeholders Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools Application Process To apply, please send your updated resume to Naomi Chan (Reg No.: R ) at with the job title or apply directly.
