We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Director, South East Asia, to advance and expand the adoption of our disease risk detection test in the healthcare industry in South East Asia. You will work closely with our partner, Pathology Asia, and local commercial teams in South East Asia. The role is ideally based in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Lead collaboration with our partner’s sales team to meet clients in healthcare, health insurance, and wellness providers.
- Persuasively communicate the value of our offering to medical, operative, and business professionals.
- Own responsibility for implementing sales and marketing activities and driving revenue in the SEA region.
- Define optimal growth strategy and product fit for the existing market (e.g., health screenings) in collaboration with Nightingale’s management and partner leadership.
- Provide local support for the partner’s commercial team with matters related to Nightingale’s offering, supported by Nightingale Health Singapore and Helsinki teams.
- Co-work with the partner’s commercial team to tailor sales messages and materials, prospect clients, conduct meetings, secure buy-in, and close deals.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field.
- Five or more years of experience in commercial roles in healthcare, health technology, or related providers.
- Target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-focused approach to reach and exceed goals.
- Proven closing skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and prospects and to understand and develop commercial strategies.
- Excellent social, people, and communication skills.
- Motivation to work as a pioneer in the health industry and readiness to adapt and improve strategies to seize growth opportunities.
