Global Talent Partner at Foolproof, a Zensar Company ⭐Contract: 6 months (with potential extension) ⭐Experience: 8 to 12+ years The Role We’re looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our Singapore team. As a Senior Service Designer, you will collaborate with the client to define needs, business objectives, and brand goals to inform strategic roadmaps. You also need to be comfortable using and conducting qualitative research and synthesis exercises to inform meaningful, and sustainable solutions. Often this work results in outputs that require you to map existing service ecosystems visually to illustrate pain points, gaps, and opportunities often with a lens on scale and feasibility. As an experienced member of the studio, you will be called upon to support our sales team by identifying business opportunities, leading pitches, and generating ideas and suggestions for prospective work. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end service design projects, from discovery and research through to strategy and implementation. Plan and conduct mixed-method research to explore user needs, system dynamics, and business objectives. Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions that bring diverse stakeholders together to align, ideate, and make decisions. Synthesize research insights into strategic frameworks , journey maps , and service blueprints that inform actionable design direction. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — including designers, strategists, and technologists — to shape and deliver human-centred services. Mentor junior designers and contribute to growing the service design capability within Foolproof and our clients. Support the development of design-led culture and practices within complex organisations. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Service Designer or Senior Service Designer , ideally within a consultancy or large-scale organisation. Expertise in stakeholder facilitation — skilled at guiding discussions, managing dynamics, and aligning diverse perspectives. Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to translate insights into design strategy. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect user needs, organisational goals, and systemic challenges. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — visual, written, and verbal. A collaborative, curious, and adaptable approach to working in multidisciplinary environments. Experience in sectors (e.g. healthcare or government) is a plus.
