As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will be a trusted partner in helping customers achieve success with our products. Your responsibilities will include onboarding clients, driving adoption, and ensuring retention and growth post-sales.Your key responsibilities will involve onboarding and training customers for smooth adoption, building strong and strategic client relationships, resolving issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, driving renewals, and reducing churn.We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Being based in Mumbai or Chennai is a requirement, and having experience in SaaS and CRM will be considered a plus.If you are passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would be thrilled to meet you,
