As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be leading teams and supporting projects deploying ServiceNow based solutions for Veracity clients globally. You will liaise directly with clients to identify and document their requirements and the configuration and development of software to meet those requirements. The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for delivering outcomes for our clients, conducting needs assessments, configuring applications, integrating third-party apps, building and maintaining relationships, training and ongoing client support and follow-up. You are technically strong and can work with customers to ensure their business requirements are solved not only through technology but also through people and process solutions. You will also provide leadership focus for both your team and the clients you support.

Responsibilities- Lead teams and support projects deploying ServiceNow based solutions for Veracity clients globally.
- Liaise directly with clients to identify and document requirements and perform configuration and development of software to meet those requirements.
- Deliver outcomes for clients, conduct needs assessments, configure applications, integrate third-party apps, build and maintain relationships, provide training and ongoing client support and follow-up.
- Ensure business requirements are solved through technology, people and process solutions.
- Provide leadership focus for both the team and the clients supported.
- Coordinate and execute client training and conduct training/workshops.
- Own distinct aspects of project delivery and contribute to the strategic vision for product development and enhancement.
- Design and architect solutions in appropriate platforms; apply in-depth functional knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow to customer needs and requirements.
- Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodology; conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions.
- Enhance and increase ServiceNow knowledge via continuous learning, training and certification.
- Manage and lead a team, communicate goals, safety practices and deadlines, motivate members and assess performance; assist management with hiring and training and maintain oversight on team performance.
- Maintain ownership of a distinct aspect of project delivery.
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- Expert ServiceNow knowledge
- Openness to travel
- Tertiary education preferred
- Professional qualifications and education requirements
- Extensive work-experience in ServiceNow projects
- ServiceNow admin certification (CSA)
- ITSM Experience
- Excellent problem solving & communication skill
- Team lead & project management skill
- Embrace design thinking
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow certified implementation specialist (CIS)
