This role defines how customers discover and engage with DBS consumer banking solutions by architecting and executing a search content strategy that integrates organic and paid search, leveraging generative AI to set new benchmarks for digital visibility and customer acquisition. You will influence the bank’s digital footprint to remain the top choice for customers in a rapidly digitizing world.

• Organic Search and Paid Alignment: Strategize and complement paid media with organic search to improve overall marketing effectiveness and ROI. Use paid search data to uncover new keyword opportunities for organic content optimization.
• Budget Allocation Optimization: Adjust paid media budgets based on organic performance and competition, redirecting spend to channels with the best ROI.
• Staying Current with Search / SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI-powered search developments.
• SEO Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for traditional search engines and generative AI platforms to improve online visibility.
• SEO Analysis and Optimization: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities; optimize content, structure, metadata, and schema for traditional and AI-powered contexts.
• Multi-Modal Search Optimization: Optimize images, videos, and other rich media for multi-modal search relevant to AI responses.
• Collaboration with Search / SEO Agencies: Partner with external agencies to implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with AI-driven search advancements.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on SEO performance, including visibility in AI-generated summaries and engagement metrics beyond traditional click-through.
• Content and Web Team Collaboration: Work with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices, emphasizing E-E-A-T optimization for generative AI.
• Generative AI Search / SEO Optimization: Structure content around topics and entities to enable effective AI summarization and comprehensive coverage.
• Content Clarity and Accessibility: Prioritize clear, concise answers at the beginning of content with headings, lists, and FAQs to support AI summarization.
• Editorial Excellence: Demonstrate expertise, experience, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness through robust citations and transparent authorship; optimize for natural language and conversational queries in line with AI tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive SEO/SEM experience, ideally within a large enterprise or fast-paced digital agency servicing large clients.
• Proven track record of data-driven SEO strategies that improved organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of consumer intent and behavior in search strategy.
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, especially Google ecosystems.
• Extensive experience with the impact of generative AI on search, including AI summarization and E-E-A-T principles.
• Ability to develop, articulate, and execute comprehensive search strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leadership skills to build, mentor, and inspire teams and stakeholders; fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with awareness of industry trends, algorithm updates, and AI technologies.
• Results-oriented with a clear focus on ROI and measurable business impact.
