Need a Retail Operations Executive (Tech MNC/ Electronics) – Singapore

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with our client, one of the world’s largest tech organizations. The role starts as a contract position. Candidates who are immediately available / able to start on short notice will be preferred.

The Talent
  • Experience in retail (electronic products a plus).
  • Ability to learn and apply professional concepts.
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Works on problems of limited scope and normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Job Description
  • Post job openings.
  • Plan and execute assigned brand activations across retail and partner touchpoints.
  • Contribute ideas and insights on new trends to enhance and innovate POSM strategies for greater commercial impact.
  • Oversee the execution of digital assets in alignment with company standards, ensuring quality across all company-owned digital screens.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, operators, and retailers to ensure seamless execution of product launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to deliver timely, high-quality deployments that embody retail excellence and design thinking to strengthen channel competitiveness.
  • Support the execution of in-mall advertising to boost brand presence and drive awareness for key launches.
  • Ensure effective time management to deliver projects within the stipulated timelines.
  • Manage retail and shop-related requests via the internal e-System.
  • Supervise on-site setups and executions for events and roadshows.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and related administrative processes.
