MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible for the coordination of in-store operations and supporting sales activities, ensuring the effectiveness of our processes and flows to create a seamless client experience in the boutique.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Responsible for inventory control and follow-up on shipments, transfers, and consignments
  • Create purchase orders
  • Coordinate shipments in collaboration with the Central Sales Operations Coordinator in Geneva and HQ
  • Warehouse coordination to ensure smooth product allocation flow
  • Stock Management
  • Monitor stock levels, sales, back orders, and deposit lists
  • Replenish and order model stock, accessories & POS materials
  • Handle special order requests from boutiques in collaboration with HQ Operations
  • Accurately manage defect watch reports and track defective watches
  • Allocation Distribution
  • Allocate products based on back orders, clients, and sales targets
  • Coordinate and execute the allocation of limited edition timepieces
  • Review rosters, leave, and overtime records
  • Ensure compliance and conduct audits with the office
  • Verify customer payments and VAT-off sales
  • Manage store vendor relationships and payments
  • Store Management
  • Manage petty cash and T&E expenses with the Boutique Manager
  • Oversee after-sales service, from reception to delivery, including customer inquiries
  • Order store supplies and stationery
  • Support client-facing teams with back-office tasks during and after sales ceremonies
  • Conduct selling ceremonies when needed
  • Take shifts on weekends and public holidays, covering team absences
PLANNING & ANALYSIS
  • Monitor weekly and monthly forecasts
  • Maintain high-quality daily clientele records
  • Support monthly store meetings and reporting
  • Consolidate monthly commission and KPI reports
MARKETING ACTIVATION
  • Maintain event client lists in collaboration with the office team
  • Ensure product availability for events, campaigns, and launches
  • Oversee product consignments and carnet management
  • Ensure accurate client information registration post-events
  • Report leads and sales from events timely and accurately
  • Order and track customer gifts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or boutique operations
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and another language
  • Familiar with inventory management and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
