OverviewRMA Contracts , a leading BPO service provider and part of the RMA Group, delivers innovative business process outsourcing solutions tailored to fulfil and exceed clients’ needs. We are seeking a Senior Operations Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing and driving operational excellence across our diverse projects.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily operations across assigned projects to ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to drive efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor project KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight risks or opportunities for improvement to management.
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance.
- Participate in client meetings and audits, providing operational insights and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Mentor junior executives and support their professional development, ensuring the team’s overall capability grows with the business.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in a BPO, service, or outsourcing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage.
