Your Role

  1. Part of Unity-SC’s measurement and testing technology business.
  2. In charge of startup activities from move-in, until system applications qualification. Able to complete qualifications.
  3. Troubleshoot and provide corrective maintenance to Unity toolset.
  4. Follow up on the customer’s feedback and system issues by coordinating high communication level with customer, Unity team and headquarters.
  5. Initiate and participate in projects related to customer CIP or internal projects.
  6. Follow and propose action plans for corrective actions and improvements.
  7. Follow checklists and procedures. Perform system retrofit when needed.
  8. Report non-conformances from customer site.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and relations by developing high communication levels and proactive actions.
  10. Conduct daily activities in intense production areas.
  11. Follow all safety rules and internal processes.
  12. Provide training to customers as part of the job.

Who You Are

  1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Microelectronics preferred).
  2. Strong technical foundation in semiconductor or related fields.
  3. Customer-facing experience, handling technical support and communication with international teams.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Team-oriented mindset with knowledge-sharing capabilities.
