Regional Finance Manager

Responsibilities Lead the preparation and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Asia region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local standards. Consolidate financial performance across markets, analyze key trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision‑making. Drive the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts, including variance reviews and commentary to support proactive business planning. Monitor business performance metrics, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency. Uphold robust internal controls, policies, and governance processes, and manage internal/external audit requirements to ensure compliance across the region. Oversee adherence to statutory reporting, tax obligations, transfer pricing rules, and other local regulatory requirements in Asia. Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and operational teams, providing financial input for strategic projects, investments, and business cases. Champion continuous improvement by streamlining finance processes, driving automation, and supporting system implementations or upgrades to enhance data integrity and efficiency. Requirements Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly desirable. At least 6 years of progressive finance experience, with proven regional exposure and strong technical knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools, with a track record of driving process improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
