Job Title: IT Project Management (9 months | Public Sector) Duration: 9 months Location: Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City Salary Range: $4000-$6000 Eligibility: Only Singaporeans Job Description / Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Review existing documentation , system architecture and workflows, document user stories and technical requirements Project Management Support: Collaborate with project manager to govern project management activities, including monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and managing changes to scope and schedule as necessary. Business Analysis Assistance: Assist business analyst for conducting requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance testing sessions with users. Operational Support (for current BAU): Manage daily operations for production issues, service requests, and other operational matters, including managing escalations and removing impediments as required. Vendor Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance for issue resolution and propose areas of improvement for operational efficiency, ensuring that vendor services align with contractual obligations. Ad-hoc Assignments: Undertake ad-hoc tasks/assignments as required. Specific Requirements Background in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and business analysis role, preferably in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems with multiple interfaces to external entities. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification will have added advantage. Strong project management skills to oversee the implementation, including requirement gathering, testing coordination, and rollout preparation. Proficiency in business analysis techniques to gather, document, and track functional, interface, and data requirements, as well as to support system configuration and optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate communication, and provide regular updates on issue resolution progress. Familiarity with agile development methodology for managing the implementation and testing activities. Experience in managing issue reporting channels, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
