Job no: Work type: Permanent Full TimeLocation: SingaporeDepartment: Finance Job description for Finance Manager Responsibilities : Prepare and ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting Review and analyse monthly financial performance results Responsible for statutory accounts and tax compliance, including corporate income tax, GST and others Responsible for the integrity of the financial statements of the company and ensure compliance to both Local regulatory and Group policies Liaise with various stakeholders, including external auditors, tax consultants, other regulatory bodies Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations of finance functions Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned from time to time Requirements: Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent A qualified accountant with a recognize accounting body Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit experience from any Big 4 audit firm Good knowledge in Singapore FRS, IFRS and experienced in statutory and tax compliance Working knowledge of GST and withholding tax regulations Proactive, meticulous, independent and resourceful Ability to work in ambiguous, high pace and dynamic environment Effective communication, problem solving and analytical Good knowledge of IFRS, and experienced in statutory and tax compliance If this sounds like you and you have a passion for the digital space, then please submit your application to #J-18808-Ljbffr
