Job DescriptionYou will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore overseeing transfer pricing (“TP”) matters.
- Responsible for the Group’s TP matters for the countries where the group operates in
- Responsible for TP compliance work, monitoring TP reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentations are in place
- Assist with any TP queries/audits by working closely with external service providers and local teams
- Actively monitor, research and analyze any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments
- Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation
- Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions etc.
- Responsible for the Group’s Country-by-Country Report (“CbCR”) filing and local notifications
- Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects related to TP
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
- CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing department and/or MNC in house tax department handling Transfer Pricing or a combination
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulation
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Passionate with new challenges and highly adaptable to dynamic working environment
- Able to research and manage project independently
