Job Description

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Account Executive to manage client relationships, support sales activities, and ensure smooth project and order fulfilment. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Follow up on payments, monitor account status, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, client presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities to drive new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ relevant working experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B or construction-related industries will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and finance procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
