Accounts Executive - Inventory Management Specialist
  • As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for managing inventory and related accounting activities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal departments to ensure seamless operations and data integrity. This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field, with hands-on experience in Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting systems.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct physical stock verification and ensure alignment with Zoho Books at all company locations.- Liaise with warehouse, operations, and regional teams to validate stock entries and ensure real-time posting accuracy.- Participate in upgrading and implementing Zoho, particularly focusing on stock management modules.- Identify stock record discrepancies and work with relevant departments to take corrective actions.- Reconcile vendor Statement of Accounts with internal ledgers on a monthly basis.- Resolve mismatches or delays in booking vendor invoices by collaborating with procurement and billing teams.- Act as a finance point of contact for stock and vendor-related issues across internal departments.- Collaborate with various teams for accurate data capture, process improvement, and compliance adherence.- Support finance leadership in additional reporting, analysis, or project-based tasks as needed.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's/Master's in commerce, Accounting, or related field; CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting systems.- Strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and vendor reconciliation.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.- High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination.This is a full-time role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person, and you will be expected to work 6 days a week.,
