We are a full stack provider supporting DC buildout to AI server, electric system including HVDC (High-Voltage Direct Current), liquid cooling systems, and the provisioning and building the AI Cloud for our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer based in Singapore to handle IT equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and office IT support as well as coordinate with suppliers in various region. The role includes occasional travel and is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive testing of IT equipment in Singapore, including hardware, software, and network devices, ensuring performance standards and normal functionality.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, promptly address faults and operational issues, and ensure stable equipment operation.
  • Handling various IT-related matters for the company, including but not limited to office software technical support, system account management, and network configuration, to improve overall IT operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain equipment in Singapore and other countries.
  • Maintain close communication with suppliers, follow up on delivery, installation, commissioning, and follow up maintenance, ensuring that supplier equipment meets business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel as required to Singapore and other countries for emergency IT equipment issues or supplier equipment inspections.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle tasks in an organized manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in IT equipment testing and maintenance, especially in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with various brands and models of IT equipment, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve faults.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience collaborating with suppliers from different countries.
  • Interest in AI and GPU fields, with relevant knowledge or a willingness to learn
