Senior Human Resources Generalist (6 months contract) We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive HR operations and contribute to strategic initiatives that support our transformation and growth. Be part of a diverse, innovative team that’s reshaping global trade and creating possibilities for businesses and communities worldwide. Key Accountabilities: Manage the complete range of HR processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, drafting employee documentation, and overseeing performance management. Provide support for post-acquisition activities, including employee data validation, alignment of compensation and benefits, and effective employee communication. Collaborate with business teams on projects to provide HR support in manpower costing and workforce planning. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Diploma in Human Resources with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations. Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Hands‑on professional with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking while working independently.
