Love Japanese culture? Have prior experience in handling eCommerce and digital platforms? Due to business expansion, our Japanese MNC client, a major retail and ecommerce giant, is looking for additional staff in their multi-national eCommerce and engagement team to supplement the growing demands in the region.

Some of your new job scope include:

  • Engaging customers and inquiries via social media platforms
  • Handle interactions professionally and promptly using in-house CRM system
  • Escalating of issues as necessary to senior management or other functional teams for follow-up
  • Managing of some marketing materials and e-commerce product listings and vetting as when required
  • Working with logistics and e-commerce teams as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the platform
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • Strong interest in Japanese culture and businesses
  • Prior experience in eCommerce platforms, online customer service, community engagement would be preferred
  • Japanese language to reach out to Japanese customers would be preferred but not essential
