We are seeking aHead of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, with a strong focus oncommunications ,email campaigns ,newsletters ,PR ,SEO , andadvertising . This role is critical in shaping the public image ofEnflux and ensuring our brand is well-positioned within thecrypto industry . The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with adata-driven approach to marketing , capable of driving engagement and building a brand that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensivecommunication strategies that align with Enflux’s goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead the creation and execution ofemail campaigns ,newsletters , andcontent marketing efforts to keep our audience informed and engaged.
  • Overseepublic relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and cultivating relationships with key industry contacts.
  • Plan, manage, and optimizeadvertising campaigns , focusing on digital channels, to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Develop and implementSEO strategies to ensure Enflux’s online presence is strong, driving organic traffic and enhancing search engine rankings.
  • Utilize adata-driven approach to measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with theBusiness Development andLead Generation teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, optimizingengagement funnels and nurturing leads through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with theHead of Communications to coordinate content strategy and develop aposting plan that ensures cohesive messaging and branding across social media platforms.
  • Ensure thevisual identity andbranding of Enflux are consistent across all platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Act as theface of Enflux at industry events, conferences, and online forums, building a strong presence for the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in asenior marketing role with a focus oncommunications ,PR ,SEO ,advertising , anddata analysis .
  • Experience in the crypto industry is required, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing to the crypto audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successfulemail marketing ,advertising campaigns ,SEO strategies , anddata-driven marketing approaches .
  • Strong understanding ofdigital marketing tools ,analytics platforms, andadvertising management .
  • Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills , with a knack for crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset , with the ability to think outside the box and develop new ways to engage potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a remote team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building a brand from the ground up, especially intech orstartup environments.
  • Strong network within thecrypto andblockchain industry for PR opportunities.
  • Knowledge ofcontent marketing andsocial media strategy .
