A leading organisation in the travel loyalty and rewards sector is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape and execute its global marketing strategy. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead an international team, drive brand awareness, and deliver measurable business growth across diverse markets—from a remote base in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing international marketing team remotely, fostering collaboration and supporting professional development across multiple time zones.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support revenue growth in the travel loyalty sector.
  • Approach Marketing from a growth and partnerships perspective while helping the business scale across Asia.
  • Utilise flexible working opportunities and advanced marketing technologies to optimise performance and deliver value for customers and partners.
What you bring
  • A minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in senior marketing roles within the travel industry or loyalty programme sectors.
  • Understanding of B2B players within Loyalty Programmes across Travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams distributed across various time zones while fostering a supportive environment built on trust and open communication.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing techniques—including email campaigns, digital advertising, automation tools, and messaging platforms—and their application in driving customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of travel loyalty programmes or booking platforms with proven expertise in developing strategies that build lasting customer relationships.
