The hiring client is a Global Technology Company with a key SAAS product in B2B messaging and telecommunication solutions. They're looking for a Partnership Development Manager to cover the Greater China region.
THIS IS A 3-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE WHICH IS VERY LIKELY TO BE EXTENDED FOR THE LONG TERM TO 1 YEAR OR BEYOND.
MANDARIN FLUENCY AND MARKET EXPERIENCE WITH GREATER CHINA CLIENTS IS REQUIRED.
The role will be responsible for building and expanding strategic partnerships across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, guiding partners through onboarding, integration, and adoption of their products . Combining relationship management, technical training/enablement, and business development to resolve issues, deliver training, and drive market growth.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main liaison for partners in the Greater China region, ensuring smooth onboarding and product integration.
- Providing training, resources, and ongoing support to maximize partner success.
- Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve partner issues.
- Assisting partners in creating go-to-market plans that boost adoption of the company’s messaging solutions.
- Identifying new partnership opportunities to broaden market reach.
- Gathering market insights and partner feedback to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
- 5+ years’ experience in SaaS, cloud communications, enterprise software, or partnership/account management.
- Strong B2B relationship-building skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Greater China tech or telecom landscape is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
