Senior Executive Assistant, HR Group Shared Services Job ID: 7797 Job Function: Administration Institution: National University Health System Job Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end employee medical claims processing in-house, ensuring timely submission, and minimizing backlogs. Verify claims documentation for accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with our benefits policies. Assist in claims queries, disputes, investigations, and resolutions with employees, HRBP, Finance, and broker/insurers. Liaise with institutions or other public healthcare institutions and regulatory bodies for claims related matters. Support daily operations and workflow coordination to ensure smooth team functioning. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or digitalization to streamline workflows. Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resources, Business-related field. Min 2 years of experience in claims processing, benefits administration, healthcare claims, or HR Shared Services preferred. Strong knowledge of work injury claims, employee medical claims, and insurance reimbursement procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and reconciliation. Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and SAP) is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex claim escalations. Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in claim verification and reporting. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
