Job Summary

The client is looking for an experienced IT manager passionate about delivering and advancing the technological support for the organisation and its early-stage investments. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor who is driven, proactive and collaborative. They should possess a solutions-driven mindset, keeping practical implementation in mind to ensure IT solutions are reliable, scalable and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage suite of productivity and collaboration tools, including but not limited to, Google Workspace, Slack and Office365
  • Maintain company's web domain/development, hardware and software inventory
  • Evaluate IT systems performance by identifying and resolving operational issues, and conducting regular system audits
  • Act as primary liaison with external auditors for IT audits
  • Administer account creation/removal for onboarding/offboarding
  • Develop and implement personal data management policies and software usage framework
  • Spearhead any IT-related initiatives across the business
  • Provide technical expertise when necessary
Requirements
  • Individual contributor with keen attention to detail, foresight and analytical mind
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT (preferably all-round; network, systems, helpdesk support) with proven track record in hardware/software management, and web development
  • Experience in managing external vendors, including external auditors, enterprise/cloud solution providers and data privacy consultants
  • Experience within start-up/SME space is advantageous
