Develop and execute regional brand, marketing, and advertising strategies to strengthen brand visibility, competitive positioning, and market share. Oversee internal communications programs to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals, enabling teams to understand and support strategic priorities. Manage external communications and PR efforts, including media relations, brand reputation initiatives, and strategic messaging to uphold a strong and credible market presence. Drive customer experience (CX) design projects, optimizing customer journeys and service interactions across multiple touchpoints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct market intelligence and competitive research, identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision‑making. Lead regional product development initiatives, guiding the conceptualization, planning, and rollout of new products, enhancements, and value propositions. Develop and govern regional pricing strategies, including pricing models, analysis frameworks, and commercial assessments to balance profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. Partner with senior leadership on long‑term vision and strategic planning, providing insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations derived from market and industry data. Utilize data‑driven tools and methodologies to support strategic forecasting, commercial analytics, and performance tracking of go-to‑market programs and marketing campaigns. You will be a great fit if you Minimum Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with major in marketing research or strategic marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields. Minimum Experience • Five (5) years of work experience in marketing or similar quantitative business analysis, or related fields.
