Overview

Maintenance Execution Lead role at Neste, based in Singapore (Tuas Refinery). You will focus on safe, quality, on-time execution of maintenance and turnarounds/shutdowns, working closely with maintenance sub-teams and various departments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a multi-discipline team of field engineers and supervisors to deliver maintenance, maintenance projects and turnaround/shutdowns in a safe, quality and timely manner.
  • Manage the maintenance budget within the assigned amount to accommodate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
  • Drive improvements to enhance execution productivity, equipment reliability and deliver cost savings.
  • Adopt digitalization tools and methods to improve the way of working.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading a team
  • Prior experience in projects and turnarounds execution
  • Knowledge of international standards, petroleum/petrochemical plant materials and equipment
  • Experience in maintenance work control, planning, execution and reliability methodologies
  • Good problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting skills
