Standing Directive: To assume comprehensive accountability for the sustained operational readiness and material integrity of your designated sector during all after-hours operations. As the Sector Control Lead, you are the primary authority for ensuring your assigned area meets and maintains uncompromising standards of order, functionality, and readiness, directly safeguarding the uninterrupted effectiveness of high value infrastructure assets within your domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume complete responsibility for the execution of all maintenance protocols within your assigned sector, ensuring strict adherence to established standards and timelines.

• Conduct rigorous and systematic inspections of your designated sector to identify and rectify any deviations from prescribed standards of order, functionality, and material readiness.

• Directly execute essential upkeep procedures and, where necessary, coordinate with support personnel to ensure all maintenance requirements within your sector are met without fail.

• Maintain absolute accountability for the operational status and presentation of all assets and areas within your assigned sector, ensuring peak readiness at all times.

• Implement and enforce all site access, security, and operational regulations within your sector, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

• Operate with complete autonomy within your designated sector, demonstrating exceptional self-discipline, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to maintaining sector integrity and operational superiority.

• Provide detailed and accurate situation reports on the status of your sector, including completed maintenance actions and any identified discrepancies, to the Night Operations Supervisor.

Required Competencies:

• Demonstrable history of exceptional personal accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities – prior experience in roles demanding individual ownership of designated areas is highly valued.

• Proven capacity for meticulous attention to detail and the ability to independently enforce standards with unwavering resolve.

• Strong work ethic and unwavering reliability, with a commitment to proactive task management and mission accomplishment.

• Physical endurance and stamina to perform required tasks throughout the night operational window within your sector, maintaining consistent vigilance.

• Unquestionable commitment to following established procedures, protocols, and directives without deviation.

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, area management, or related operational support roles with demonstrable accountability for a specific zone is a significant advantage. Former servicemen, particularly National Servicemen with relevant experience in maintaining operational readiness, are strongly encouraged to apply. Deployment Parameters:

• Operational Theater: Designated sectors within key operational sites across Singapore. Familiarity with assigned sector layouts and access protocols will be paramount for effective command of your area.

• Duty Cycle: Nightly, with specific reporting times dictated by operational necessity. Punctuality and consistent presence within your assigned sector are non-negotiable for maintaining operational control.
