Overview

Senior Associate, Learning & Curriculum Programme Manager, Transformation and Data, Group COO at DBS Bank . This role manages, designs, develops, and implements learning and development programs to support the organization's transformation initiatives within the Transformation & Data Group (T&D).

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Management – Align learning & curriculum initiatives with DBS' transformation goals and build strong working relationships with HR, department leaders, and external vendors to ensure training programs directly contribute to desired outcomes.
  • Needs analysis – Collaborate with stakeholders and experts to conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying skills gaps and development areas.
  • Curriculum Development & Delivery – Take end-to-end ownership of curriculum development by creating customized, high-quality training content and ensure that content is delivered effectively and engagingly.
  • Engaging delivery – Utilize various learning modalities (workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training, coaching) and stay current with industry best practices to bring innovative solutions.
  • Impact measurement – Establish KPIs to evaluate training impact and continuously improve effectiveness based on feedback and data.
  • Program Management – Manage the full life cycle of learning and development projects including planning, development, scheduling, and marketing of the programme.
  • Reporting & insights – Communicate progress and impact to senior management and stakeholders with regular updates and insights.
Qualifications
  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience in curating learning experiences, managing program communications, design, and marketing within a digital environment.
  • Technical proficiency: Advanced program management skills; ability to design and develop learning content in digital channels; proficiency in instructional design and authoring tools.
  • Transformation expertise: Demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation with ability to assess learning impact over short and long term.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Strong relationship-building with stakeholders and a customer-centric approach.
  • Innovative mindset: Knowledge of adult learning principles and a passion for developing new learning solutions and improving processes.
  • Collaborative: Team player with fast learning, adaptability, and a track record of delivering as part of a team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
