We are assisting our client, an established IT Solutions provider, in seeking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to augment with their existing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors, with strong experience in Employee Central and Compensation.

Responsibilities:

1. To design and implement complex recruitment processes (compensation, employee central) in SuccessFactors.

2. To collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

3. To meet business needs, using best practices and industry standards.

4. Develop and maintain documentation.

5. Provide advanced training and support to end-users.

6. To troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions on time.

7. To mentor junior team members and develop new processes and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work independently.

6. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Compensation modules.

7. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
